Matchmaking is a responsibility, not a job you learn in a week. Every member of our matching team spends two years learning our process alongside experienced matchmakers before they are trusted to match on their own.

Running consultations and discovery calls with an experienced matchmaker alongside.

Vetting & matching
Vetting clients and preparing matches under supervision, with every decision reviewed.

Support & feedback
Giving private feedback and supporting clients through communication with their match.
Then, and only then, do they join the matching team — and they keep learning from the experience of a service that has been bringing people together for over 25 years.
